I love Turkey. I have been to Istanbul lasts summer. Every single moment I spent there was precious! I love Aya Sofia, Sultanahmet, Dolmabahçe and Topkapı palace  and the food is the best -I love baklava and simit!
Turkish language sounds very kind and light, very poetic. I know the basics but I will learn more in the future.
Turkish series are very popular here where I live- I love Vatanım sensin, Karagül, and O hayat benim.

and Safa, Marcin wanted to say that he likes Turkey as a country - but not turkey (an animal of a taste similar to chicken's). I love both Turkey and turkey. :)

Yes @Safa. @Sara is right. I'm sorry for that. I didn't wanted to be rude. My idea was to make you notice the language trap. It's probably one of a few situations when using the capital letter or not, results in changing the meaning of the word. I don't know why these two things have similar names in English. Probably it's just a coincidence. I'm sorry if my language joke made you trouble. I should have say directly what I meant.

Good luck with your learning and with your trip to Turkey :)
