there are many reasons to learn Arabic, I'm going to speak about some of them, and I'd like to see your opinion as well.
First of all it comes number 5 for the most spoken languages in the world.. So you can imagine the huge number of people who speak Arabic
Second, it's the language of the middle East, the middle east is like bridge which connect the whole world.
Third, Muslim people around the world need to learn Arabic to understand the religion.
Forth, Rich countries in the world are located in the Arabs Zone where the oil, that's why many foreigners immigrate to work for these countries.
I don't currently learn Arabic, though I want too, I have a book which I'm using to learn to read and write with.
For me, It's more about that I like to learn about and understand other cultures and places. I want to be able to communicate with people I couldn't otherwise. It is important for me to speak with people in their native language when in their country.
