輔導教師Hot bath or cold shower?
Which do you guys prefer, a hot bath or a cold shower?
I usually take cold showers even if I stay in an air-conditioned room for the entire day. My body is used to cold water and I simply enjoy it. I only take hot baths when I'm tired or sick.

I heard cold is way better because it increases body's stamina , boosts mood and benefits skin.

cold shower, of course. i consider that only cold water could really bring me relief, while hot bath not only would spend me more time(maybe), but even make me little dizzy.
