I've stumbled upon an interesting video about how the internet redesigns your mind & makes it want to crave for distractions. I started preparing for my exams recently and experienced myself how hard it is to stay focused for me (when it's not related to languages: for some reason I only have no problem focusing if it's about learning languages). I start reading but then I find myself looking out the window and thinking about astral projection, or petting my rabbit, or checking YouTube... Do you have the same problem? How do you deal with it?
And here's the link to the video in case anyone's interested and wants to learn more about the subject:

Clever Miriam - I had more or less the same idea for a response.
So, allow me to explain my thoughts on this interesting... oh, just a minute, the phone's ringing...
Let me get back to my detailed explanation on the subject of procrastination... later :)
VeryAnonymous, you're welcome! italki is a nice place but also a fertilizer for procrastination, unfortunately, like any other place on the Internet.
Miriam, for a moment I bought it, I was going to ask where you attained such a superpower...
