I cannot imagine what it's like to live Siberia in the winter. I feel extremely cold even when the temperture is just  below 0 degree.

And morels with butter is one of my favorite. Since we usuarlly get them souted, I'll try to fry them.

In our area, strong South wind brings Spring  with warmth in March and then, plants begin to get colors and insects begin to move. 

Nov -feb (too cold)

March-may (hayfever, too much pollen)

June - august (too hot)

Sept - nov (too rainy, too windy)
