What is your favorite comfort food? Comfort food gives an intense feeling of satisfaction. It certainly isn't the healthiest option but it often makes people happy.
We all experience some bad days you know. 
These are high fat or high sugar food. 

My favorite comfort food is chocolate. 
Preferably Snickers or Butterfinger. 
I don't eat it often as it is unhealthy. 
If you eat comfort food occasionally then it will give you are more satisfying feeling when you taste it.
