輔導教師Paper Books vs eBooks
"eBooks are not real books", I used to say some years ago.
I love touching a paper book with my fingers, and the smell they have... it's awesome.
That's why I didn't consider eBooks as real books. But one day I wanted to read a book I couldn't find at any bookshop here, so I had to buy the electronic version. It wasn't that bad. Actually, I liked it. eBooks have some pros I hadn't considered before.
Long story short: now I have a "rule":

non-fiction: ebook

fiction: paper

What about you?
Do you like reading both digital and paper versions, or just one in particular?

I like paper, the scent, turning the pages.
I don't enjoy reading on my mobile or tablet all that much, a proper ebook reader with "electronic ink" I could probably get used to. The biggest advantage would be the low weight and that there's no need for huge storage space at home.

I read both, and ebooks are very convenient, especially when travelling. But, I do prefer paper books, as I love them as objects as well as vessels of words. I always read a paper book before I sleep, as I don't want to look at a screen when I am lying in bed. (Electronic screens being bad for sleeping if you have any sort of sleeping disorder as I do).
