What is your favorite food?

Refer to food, I never forgot a delicious course in hubei province. Its name is preserved meat wrapped in sweat potato starch. I don't know how to make it. In sweat potato starch coagulating, presevered meat and peanut were wrapped in starch. Cooked starch is transparent.It tasts flexible （how could I discrib it accurately?）and peanut tasts crunchy, very delicious. I think it is my favorit food I have ever eaten.
