The Clock Action

Let's suppose it's fifteen to 2 pm, and we see the clock pointers going to a position the indicates 2 pm at sharp. In this case, when some hour is about to be, we say that is [...] 2 o'clock. But [...]? What do we say?

PS.: I hope you can understand me.

Because when you finish of say the hour, maybe will be the same hour.

If we say the time in the format "hh:mm" we have a interval of 60s, where we are right.

Instead, if we say the hour with a format "hh:mm:ss" you have to say the hour faster.

jaja that's funnier than the first way
