sihat means healthy,feeling good,
you also can use bagus for good job
for example terima kasih, bagus.. 

waiting for more lessons = menunggu (waiting) lebih(more) lagi pengajaran(lessons)
menunggu lebih lagi pengajaran dari(from) kamu(you)..
