Does anyone know what is the best app in android/ios to chat with people worldwide?
I saw a stranger in a city bus used her android phone to talk to other people in other countries. And it seemed so fun. But the thing is, I didn't know what app that was and didn't ask. And now I'm regretting that. Hahaha

If you don't like typing or calling. Maybe you can use skype. But i think skype is more personal. You won't add some strangers to talk in person via skype, will you?
Some friends recommended me to use ebuddy messenger. Wht you guys think?
