What is your country's name? What is water spinach called there? Do you like water spinaches?
Ban, shokran!
I'm from Iraq. Here we call spinach "Sabanikh" and I'm not sure if it grows here
Thank you, but I think you all misunderstood. Water spinach is different from spinach. Its latin name is Ipomoea aquatica, and quoting Wikipedia here, "This plant is known in English as water spinach, river spinach, water morning glory, water convolvulus, or by the more ambiguous names Chinese spinach, Chinese convolvulus, swamp cabbage or kangkong in Southeast Asia."
I live in Iraq and we called it ispinakh, they're cooking it with water and tomato paste and it's very tasty :)
well , i live in egypt , i know Spinach its called here Sabanikh , its a green plant which contains plenty of ferrite element , its very useful but i don't like it .
