People will give you a lot of complicated explanations but I find this works the best. A healthy diet is consuming foods that are closest to their original form (limited manipulation). Example: Potato from the ground = good. Whereas ice cream have many ingredients such as natural and unnatural flavors. However, I do love ice cream :). Also everything in moderation to live a healthy life. Oh, and lot of sleep. With that beging said "good night / morning".
