I'm not teacher or expert of English but the tip I could say to you are: learn a grammar and vocabulary but try speak and listen the thing you are learning. watch video from youtube about something you like. watch TV in English, watch movies with subtitle in English many time, after watch without subtitle. Use websites to learn , chat, make friends and use skipe, google hangout, etc. listen radios , play music take a letter of music and try sing it.
There are many way to learn , find the best way to you and enjoy it.
