In general, look at the upper-right corner of the screen, click "community", then "language excange" and you'll see an enormous list of people. There you can specify your seach criteria and then try contact anyone you like.

Ruassian-speaking people who wants to study or improve their English are much more, than English-speaking people learning Russian, so you'll have a plenty of people to choose from :) Please consider me among others :)
