"And I you" what does that mean?
I heard a conversation in a movie. It goes like this. A prince told the girl he liked, "I want to see you again." And the girl replied, "And I you."
Does that mean I also want to see you again? Can anyone explain the meaning and the grammar behind? Thank you so much indeed!

the sentence structure is, and I (VERB) YOU, (too)
so i want to see you again.
the response, and i you, actually means, and i want to see you again, too.
another example,
A: I love you.
B: And I, you. (and i love you, too)
