Make + verb with no additions(base)
Is it true that "make" needs a verb without additions when it follows it?
e.g. Joey made everything look simlpe.
e.g. Joey made eveything looked simple.
Which one is correct? And why?

the first one.
because the second verb must always be in the same tense ( the infinitive without "to) or the infinitive depending on the situation
He makes everything look easy.
They make everything look easy.
He made it hard to get any work done.
---here makes is a causitive verb.
He makes chairs
--- here it is a regular verb
