There is a virtue that the child fulfill filial duties.
I'm just asking about grammar about mandative subjunctive when the trigger word is a noun with a bit different structure because only example I can find is 'suggestion'.
E.g. My suggestion is that he leave now.
Can virtue, duty, obligation, etc. be the trigger word?
And can subjective be used in this kind of structure?

"There is" is a structure used to tell your listener of the existence of something. It's not a subjunctive trigger, but "it is" [+ adjective] can be:
It is important that you be here on time.
