When I was child I was told by my dad ‘Always be sincere and honest and you can get trust from people and they help you when you are in trouble’. It became my belief and I always try to be. As a matter of fact, when I took a significant mistake in a job, my coworkers helped me a lot and encouraged me not to be serious. I was really grateful and happy with feeling being trusted by them. I will keep it in mind forever.
