Japanese summer underwear "Suteteko" In summer, many Japanese office workers wear the "Suteteko" under their suits. "Suteteko" is long & loose underpants for men. Suteteko absorbs perspiration well. Japan summer is hot and humid so people is in a sweat. Then, suteteko is useful. It had used only male but recentry it for women is put on marcket. We don't wear them in the UK because it is not necessary. When I lived in Japan though I used to wear one in summer. I don't particularly enjoy wearing suteteko, but it's better than having a drenched shirt.
