2) 三個蘋果美元幾元？三个苹果几刀？
3) 這張報紙2美元88分。这张报纸2.88刀
4) 兩瓶白酒人民幣幾元？两瓶白酒人民币几块？
You have no error. The sentences I gave you above can make you more approach the native speaker, more convenient as well.We rarely say 人民币，instead of 块，and we usually 刀 to replace 美元 ，”dollar”,you know.

Actually, your sentences are great, but a native speaker would use “多少錢” instead of “幾元”.

1) 一碗湯人民幣幾元？一碗汤人民币多少钱/一碗汤多少人民币？This is absolutely grammatically correct. If you really want to emphasize RMB, that's what you say, but we certainly don't say that in the market at ordinary times. Instead we say 一碗汤多少钱？/一碗汤几块钱？（spoken Chinese)
2) 三個蘋果美元幾元？三个苹果几美元？（美刀is a very informal spoken expression)
3) 這張報紙2美元88分。可以这么说。也可以说这张报纸2.88美元 “.”这里读成“点dian3”
4) 兩瓶白酒人民幣幾元？两瓶白酒人民币多少钱/两瓶白酒多少人民币？same way as the first sentence, we prefer to omit 人民币 in spoken languages, we say 两瓶白酒多少钱？
