("Complimentary" and "free" are synonyms. You only need one. Both phrases had a unique noun and verb, so they are better as two sentences. The first sentence is in present tense. So the second sentence should be in present tense.)
participant:
Most participants are from Philippines.
accommodation:
Many accommodation are provided to homeless in the town.
("the homeless" or "homeless people" is correct. however advocates feel "people experiencing homelessness" is a nicer way of saying it)
pursue:
I am pursuing my dream.
consume:
The delivery company consumes <s>a </s>large amounts of plastic every year.
vomit:
After drinking alcohol, I vomited up all that I had eaten for dinner.
diarrhea:
I had diarrhea yesterday.
asthma:
My friend's son has asthma.
rip off:
That's so expensive. I'm afraid that you're getting ripped off.
gullible:
You're so gullible - don't always trust others so easily!
Your sentence is technically fine as is but sounds a bit awkward. Adding a "so" helps.
patio:
Let's go for a walk on the patio.
My mother likes spending time on the backyard patio<s> which is in back of my house</s>.
