Improving my English

Today, as all days, I'm trying to improve my English. How I do this?
1 - Reading texts in English
2 - Learning new vocabulary and studying the ones I already know
3 - Writing mails and my new vocabulary in a notebook
4 - Watching the TV while I eat
5 - Listening to the new English course online

There are days in which I don't want to do nothing anything, but then I think, yesterday I had an interview in English and I didn't understand nothing anything, so I need to do an effort and learn and study all as much as I can.

Made a mistake above.

#2 should be either:  "Learning new vocabulary" or "listening to new vocabulary."

Frankly, I would say ''learning new words," learning individual words, as opposed to "vocabulary" which has the sense of  a<em> list</em> of words or <em>all</em> the words in a language.

¿Qué tal, amigo?   No he olvidado que te  prometí que estaería en contacto contigo  cuando termine con las reparaciones  de mi casa.  Todavía no he terminado mi trabajo pero de vez en cuando tengo tiempo libre para mi mismo.  Pues ahora puedo corregir este texto.

There are days when I don’t want to do anything but then I remember that the previous day I had an interview during which I couldn’t understand a thing.  I have to make an effort to study and learn all I can.

This is only one way to say it.  There are others.  Buena suerte.
