actually, China has strenthened law protection for the animal.in addition, creative Chinese cooks have come up with special cooking methods that make vegetables tastes like meat, maigre Man-Han banquet is a good proof of that.

The dish looks great, but it's a pity they use shark fin in it. Many sharks species are endangered and we will lose them if they continue to be exploited.
