we are made for each other (in Latin)???

Please, help us. My girl and I want to engrave "We are made for each other" on the rings. How is correctly write that in Latin??? "facti sumus invicem" - right???

One of the problems here is that "for each other" is a reciprocal pronoun, which Latin does not have. You can sometimes use an adverb or advrebial phrase like "invicem" as you suggest, but I wouldn't do it here because it lacks clarity. One option is to use a Latin plural reflexive pronoun, as below (but also check my 2 other suggestions in answering your question):

Creati sumus cuique nostrum. <Literally means "We were created for each of ourselves."
