The First Conversation , in Restaurant .. Well , lets say you went to some restaurant and you want to make an order , what would u say in Arabic ? I'm here for teaching u what can u say First , if you want to say " Excuse me " then u say it like : " لو سمحت " it sounds like " law samaht " it's for male But you need to add " y " to the end of the word so it sounds more feminine .. So , it's like " law samahty " Lets start a simple conversation and then I'll explain it for you You : لو سمحت >> " law samaht " The waiter : تفضل سيدي >> " tafadhal sayedi " You : هل يوجد لديكم عصير برتقال ؟ >> " hal youjad ladaykom a'seer bortoqal ? The waiter : نعم سيدي >> " na'm sayedi You : أحضر لي عصير برتقال لو سمحت >> " ahdher li a'seer bortoqal law samaht " The waiter : حسناً سيدي >> " hasanan saiedi " okay , this conversation was in Basic Arabic , but I'm going to write it in our accent " in the Arabian Gulf " then I'll write it in Egyptian accent :) in our accent , we would say : You : لو سمحت The Waiter : نعم , تفضلي >> " na'm tafadly " << I use that y at the end of the word bcoz it's like the waiter is talking to a female . You : عندكم عصير برتقال ؟ >> " endakom aseer bortoqal ?" The Waiter : نعم , موجود >> " na'm mawjood " You : أبغى عصير برتقال لو سمحت >> " abgha aseer bortoqal , law samaht " The waiter : اوك مدام << we say ok here :p , so t sounds " ok madam " so about the Egyptian accent , I think I need to make sure of few things then I'll add it here :) , but anyway , I need to explain few things in the conversations , so , when you talk to a male then you say " law samaht " but when you talk to a female , then you have to say " law samahty " I mean it's different , maybe in next time I'll explain few things about this :) then we have " عصير برتقال " it means Orange juice , if you would like to ask about anything , then pls write a comment here :) good luck :)
