上面是我朋友采访复旦大学的一位博士时听到的话。我们都不懂它意思应该是什么？ 我写的拼音也不一定是对的！！！有没有中国朋友熟这句话能来解释一下。我们都已好奇地不行！

I don't think the Pinyin is right. I guess it means 是否得当，是否有效(shi fou de dang , shi fou you Xiǎo)
