Do you know there are many Japanese the dialects.

The Japanese local dialect dictionary.: http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/dialect/

The Japanese language has many, many different words and accents to speak. (very good!)

(Just in case it's not difficult enough for a foreigner to learn! :)

I know English language also has it, such as British and American English and all.
However, but ourselves our language is MORE different completely than British and American English.

(some English speakers might disagree!)

We are speaking a very different accent and words in an different areas.

So, even for native Japanese, we often don't understand each other what who's speaking if the area were different if we come from different regions of Japan

(There are a many correct ways to say this; I chose the one I would most naturally use.)

And also we speak Japanese a bit different words between males and females, older and younger, and plus what the character who has. (-- not bad!)

We also speak Japanese a bit differently between males and females, or older people and younger people. (The last part I'm not sure what you mean. Is it 性格 or more like 俳優?)

本当に難しい!(泣)

Anyway, I wish you can learn from these Japanese some TV show that where is the different point if Japanese, who's a male or a female, young or older and all. (- not bad! Just a few extra words that you don't need; try the version below)

Anyway, I hope you can learn from these Japanese TV shows about some of the different points of Japanese speech, such as between men and women, young and older, and so on.

(That's a little formal, but fine for writing).

[Thank you very much for all this wonderful information about variations in the Japanese language from region to region, and by people with a range of social positions, age, and gender. It is very helpful and interesting! Thank you also for the great youtube links. Maybe the best course for students of Japanese is to focus mostly on the Tokyo dialect? とにかくありがとうございます!]
