As soon as he reached the hotel, he received a telegraph from his wife. The telegraph read as, "Don't forget that you are already a Married man. Wife" After a moment of pondering, the husband replied the telegraph, "Your telegraph has not been received.Your husband"

Mary was a distrustful wife. Whenever her husband was out of town, she would send telegraphs after/to him. Her husband detested this.
One day, the husband left the station [this sentence is confusing, I'm not sure what you mean]. As soon as he reached the hotel, he received a telegraph from his wife. The telegraph read as, "Don't forget that you are already a Married man. Wife"
After a moment of pondering, the husband replied the telegraph, "Your telegraph has not been received.Your husband"

Nice job. I'm not sure what a telegraph really is so I can't correct that aspect. Does this piece take place in a different era?
