Purchase online.

I've seen many people purchase products through a web store (online). However there are a lot of issues when someone decides to purchase in this way. Recently I've been hired for a company how as a customer care agent, this company sells products online like Amazon and its customers are very happy with its service but sometimes there are are some issues that make angry to customers angry. My work job will be to fix those issues as best much as possible and quickly. However I'd like to know if you if sometime when you've purchased online, how would you like to receive customer attention? I want to avoid bad attention and do it my best work my best to keep this up. Please share with me your experience with customer care and please let me know how you would like to receive attention and what things you hate about it. I'll would really apprecite your answers very much. :)
