First of all, thank you for giving me a chance to tell my story. Today, I would like to tell you about my story.
The first story is about the start of my life and my family. I was born in 1991. I have three brothers and four sisters. Among them, I’m the youngest. When I was 4 or 5 years old I was fat, not like I am now [what did you mean by 'this'?]. Everybody loved me as I was so cute. I couldn’t remember what had happened every single day when I was a kid. However, I was a little bit of a rascal. I was never ashamed to sing in front of people. And when I was in primary school my hand-writing was so bad. The teacher told me "your hand-writing is so bad, how I can read such bad hand-writing." However, I was selected as a outstanding student in science and English. I was so happy even though my hand-writing was so bad. However, I failed that competition because of my hand-writing. From that day on, I practiced every single day in order to get good hand-writing. At first, it was so difficult to get good hand-writing in Myanmar Language. After one year, my hand-writing was completely different. My hand-writing surprised the teacher. The teacher said that it looks like a circle in Myanmar Language.
When I was in high school, I was selected to compete in a poem article written in Myanmar Language. I won the prize every year until my high school student life was finished. During my high school life, I became interested in playing the violin. I was 12 or 13 years old. I used to play the violin in church every Sunday. It was fun. I also used to play football when I was young.
Now, the second story is about my university life. My university life was started when I was about 16 years old. As far as I’m concerned, my father told me that I’m the only person who has a chance to go to the University in our family and generation. That’s why, I have the responsibility to raise up not only my next generation but also for Kachin people as much as I can. To tell you the truth, I wanted to be a doctor when I was young. But I didn't. However, I decided to do my best where I am. As I said, I did it. Let me give you example - actually, I don’t want to blow my own trumpet but I have to tell you the truth. My first years of University life, I won the third prize in my major. There were over 600 students in my major. Similarly, I won the second prize in second year. Therefore, I was selected to attend the Honors class in order to get master degree. There were only 12 students in Honors class. Continue.
