The word "Clingy" Today, I learn a interesting word from Jasmine. The word clingy is not a difficult one, but I'm not familiar with it. I must say that I have never seen it from TOEEL or GMAT vocabulary lists, which I need to remember time and time again. In Chinese it is called 黏人的, and in English, if you describe someone as clingy, you mean that they become very attached to people and depend on them too much. I think it is a common phenomena during a relationship, such as a clingy girlfriend or boyfriend. It's great to learn a real life word that I can't get them from textbook. And I admit that I'm a litttttttle clingy, just a little. LOL
