how to recover an qq account? my account its blocked and i dont know how to recover it because all its in mandarin could some1 help me?

no wonder you are not online ~why you be blocked? before you were blocked,did you get any message from the QQ systerm?what is that? you need to tell me why,or just send me the screen print which is full of the mandarin you can't understand on skype
