I have a younger brother; he is 9 years younger than me.
So, I have a question about good advice.

From 14years, My younger brother had reached puberty.

My younger brother reached puberty at 14 years old.
Anyway, I can't stand his lazy behaviors. He looks like a passive person.
But... he doesn't care about my concerns. He might could think "stop nag!".

I just want that he will for him to be aggressive in his work.
How can I advise my brother well? What is good way for advise to him?
