Morning

As usual my alarm clock rang at six o'clock. I took a glass of water and i was ready to go on a training session (workout/crossfit?)*. This morning was so very cold and snowing snowy*. It This is uncommon for Ukraine in Spring.
After an hour of workout i I am*** ready to start working on Monday.

*It depends. Workout and trainning session are synonyms. In fact the definition of "workout" is: a session of vigorous physical exercise or trainning. Crossfit is a specific type of training session involving a specific set of exercises.

** To use snowing, it's better to write: It was snowing this morning.

*** If you mean this as a general rule: every Monday after an hour of workout you're ready to start working, then the structure is fine. If you meant it for a specific Monday, it's best to write: After an hour of workout I was ready to start working on Monday.
