My Hair Is Ruined!

I got my hair cut just a few minutes ago and I would say it is totally ruined. As I live in Germany, I have difficulties with communicating with people living here since I can't speak German. I went to a hair salon to get my hair cut. There were many people, so I had to wait for over an hour. Eventually my turn came, so I had a seat. I tried to explain what I wanted in English, but the hair dresser didn't get it at all. She was actually not German but Turkish. I knew that, so I tried to explain what I wanted in my bad Turkish. She seemed to understand and started to cut my hair. I was a bit afraid because I knew that she didn't understand me correctly. She cut off too much of my hair! so now Now, I feel like I could serve in the Korean military again. It is such a tragedy. Since it is very hot these days, I can tell myself that it is okay, at least I won't feel as hot as I felt before. 
I am so depressed at the moment ("now" would also work in place of "at the moment"). I hope it will soon grow (or grow soon). I am shared the pictures of my hair with my friends and they started making fun of it.
