When you are writing about your hobbies they are things you do regularly so we often use the present simple tense. 'very' is often put in the wrong place by Russian and Polish speakers. One way of saying it is 'I like reading very much.' but this means changing the sentence. If you use 'really' instead of 'very' you can put it in the same place ;)

Hi! My name is Alisha. Alisha is a diminutive of Alina. I am 21 years old. I am studyng at a Medical college to become a doctor's assistant.  I am in my last year. In my free time, I write stories, drawing, and listening to music.  And I also like to read very much. I am also fond of psychology.

In a very short post, you can write "I am" (formal) or "I'm" (informal), but it's better not to use both.
