My experience learning English

I studied English in my country; but when I came to USA, I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed while speaking with native speakers. (if you are still in the US, this sentence is still not correct.  If you are no longer in the US ----but while I was in the US) They speak too fast for me, because I have to first listen and then translate to Spanish in my head for better understanding… big mistake. I need to improve my skills in order to speed up the process!

No need to be uncomfortable or embarrassed, most people you are speaking with can’t even speak proper English…
