Hard Day
HI people, today was hard day for me. Because I spend al day working front of my computer and now I have back pain, it is hard to me spend 8 hours setting front my desk written and working , but finally I finish the work that I been doing and now I can be more relaxing and spend the time between my desk and doing other stuff outside of the office .

Hi people, today was hard day for me. It is hard to me spend 8 hours sitting in front of my desk writing and working because I spend all day working in front of my computer and now have back pain. Finally, though, I finished the work that I have been doing. Now I can be more relaxed and spend the time away from my desk doing other stuff outside of the office .1

I used to in the same condition for the first working days, but now i can control it.
You have to go around to chat with the others per hours at least or take a cup of tea and something to drink.
Also, you can try some yoga poses for back pain after going home, it's so effective with me
