South part of China I hear老油条，老手，老水鬼。but I never encounter 老司机，just a old driver. In your city people say that? Different places has different expressions.

There is no such thing as an "akina skilled driver."
I recommend not using a translator for this kind of thing. They are often more harmful than helpful.
Can you explain why the word is only for men? You do not give an explanation for this.

Hello 张艺馨, If I actually understood the meaning of the word 老司机 is that someone who does his or her professional work perfectly and eventually became an experts in it right? Not just the direct translation of the word like 老司机 = an Old Driver?
