Good job Amin!  Other comments:   (1)Do you call wheat heads "cobs"? we call them heads in Australia.  (2) Unclear if conservation agriculture refers to direct seeding or conventional tillage. We would call SD conservation agriculture when compared with conventional tillage which generally involved greater soil disturbance and possibly multiple passes. (3) (It is unclear exactly what the alarming trend that needs reversing is. You mention limiting factors, but not a trend). (4) not sure what last sentence means (sd is dominant...)

Summary.

The problem of cereal production in Algeria raises three determining factors : climatic, edaphic and agronomic.
To confront this situation, conservation agriculture offers an opportunity to reverse this alarming trend.
In order to achieve a productive and sustainable production system, a soft wheat crop has been established to monitor their behaviour w.r.t. two cropping systems (direct seeding (SD) and conventional tillage LC). For this purpose, two experiments were carried out between 2012 and 2014 at the site of Mazagran - Mostaganem (West of Algeria).
Experimental results led to the conclusion that LC had positive effects on the wheat crop in terms of early date of emergence and that of the maturity , in number of tillers / m², in produced aerial biomass , and in particular, on the yield and its components with the exception of the number of cobs / m² and in ( by ) weight of one thousand grains
On the other hand the SD is dominant with a slight difference in weight of one thousand grains.

This was a bit confusing for me, because I was not exactly sure what your hypothesis was. Perhaps you should write your hypothesis in a separate paragraph. In this same paragraph, you should mention any assumptions you have made. Also, state the plan of your experiment. In the next paragraph, you can mention your experimental results and state if the hypothesis had been verified or not; H0, H1, and any statistical conclusions.
