Japanese high school student

There are few people who go to public high school.
The students are tall and fascinating.
The girls have long black hair and bright white teeth and beautiful tanned skin. (Bright is more commonly used when talking about teeth)
Most of the girls are beautiful.
The boys are tall and muscular and have nicely tanned skin.
Everyone wears clean shoes. They were looked like nice in the blue sky and the sunshin. (I did not understand this sentence)
Japanese students are very different when compared to most of America´s high school students. 
America´s students are normally noisy, talkative, friendly and sociable, unlike japanese students who are often very quiet and shy.  (try to avoid repeating the same terms. In this case high school)
They remind me a jolly foal. (it is used for animals and things, in this case you are talking about people)
However Japanese high school students are very quiet and shy. (I changed the sentence position to complete the line of thought above)
Someone told me once that rich children are taught by their parents that being quiet is a sign of good behaviour. Some one teaches me that A children whose parents are rich is taught keeping quiet is good behave.
So two or three of Japanese high school students talked in a whisper in the club house. (Did you mean: " two out of three high school japanese students talk in whispers in the club house?" . And what did you mean by club house?
I talked to a secretary who has been working in the club for 25 years about it.
