Elevator Notice

We will maintenance the elevator The elevator will be under maintenance around July.
You will not be able to use the elevator for about a week during this period.

(I decided to change "can not" to "will not" as the former refers to denying someone of a permission to do something and sounds more authoritative. The latter gives the impression that the users are unable to do so due to some official reason.)

We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience.
Thank you again for your cooperation.

Elevator Notice

We will maintenance be doing maintenance on the elevator around July. (Maintenance isn't a verb, so you have to say "be doing maintenance on")
You can not use the elevator The elevator will be out of order for about a week during the repair period. ("You can not use the elevator" sounds a little harsh so it is better to say "The elevator will be out of order".)

We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience (this may cause you). (This isn't necessary but I think it sounds better!)
Thank you again for your cooperation.
