今日は仕事の後ドイツ語の塾があります。私は先生です。仕事は午後4時30分までかかります。帰宅は一時間にかかります。塾は午後6時から始めます。生徒は50歳の女です, 先に私の同僚と友人でした。彼女は6年以来Münchenの近くに住んでいます。残念ながらドイツ語あまり話せません。たくさん分かりますけど, 答えることができません。.

You should change this sentence 私は先生です to 私はドイツ語の講師をしています。Of course we can understand both of them!
When we use '先生', we call someone other than myself especially teacher or doctor or politician etc..
「山田先生！このドイツ語を教えてください」Mr Yamada! Please teach me this German.
「先生、どこに問題があるんでしょうか？」Doctor, Where is the plobrem?
When we say '先生', we are talking about someones job other than myself.
「彼はドイツ語の先生です」He is a German teacher.
「姉は幼稚園の先生をしていました」My sister had been a kindergarten teacher.
When we say '先生' by myself, It sounds a little bit childish.
「私は中学校の先生です」I am a junior high school teacher. --- a little bit childish.
「教師（きょうし）」and 「講師（こうし）」which are a little formal words means almost same as 先生 . And these are specific teaching job. Besides we do not use it call someone. :)
「教師」means basic educational school's teacher like elementary school,junior high school, high school.
「兄は小学校で教師をしてます」My brother has been a elementary school teacher.
「友達の一人が高校の教師になりました」One of my friends became a high school teacher.
「講師」means other teaching jobs like cram school, language school...
「彼は塾の講師の仕事をしています」He is working for a cram school teacher.
「私の仕事はドイツ語講師です」My job is a German teacher.

私は先生です → 私は家庭教師（かていきょうし）です。 家庭教師 is a private tutor who usually visit to the student's house for lessons.
ドイツ語の塾があります→ドイツ語の家庭教師のアルバイトがあります。 In this case, you do not need to mention "私は家庭教師です" later.
