The Chinese mountaineer who climbs mountains in a wheelchair Sport is one of the discipline in which barriers can fall and obstacles disappear for that ones who believe in their skills and fight for theirs dreams. One example is the Lai Chi-wai case, a Chinese climber who has overcome adversities to reach his purposes. He was four times AsianClimbing Champion and the first Chisnese to win the Extreme Sport Championship. His life radically changed in 2011 when he had a motorbike accident which left him in a wheelchair. "It was one of the worst moments of my life" admitted him to several magazines. However that only was a bump in his road. After 5 years of tough training and sacrifice, he decided to climb Lion rock in Hong Kong. It took him more than 10 hours, but he reached the peak.

The Chinese mountaineer who climbs mountains in a wheelchair

Sport is one of the a discipline in which ("in which" is technically correct, but many English speakers might use "where" instead or restructure to avoid.) barriers can fall and obstacles disappear for that ones those who believe in their skills and fight for theirs their dreams. One example is the Lai Chi-wai case ("the Lai Chi-wai case" could be correct, especially if you were discussing multiple examples or focused on the scenario.  I changed this to "Lai Chi-wai", just the name of the climber.  This puts a little more focus on Lai Chi-wai rather than Lai Chi-wai's experiences as a case or a situation.), a Chinese climber who has overcome adversities to reach his purposes.
He was four times AsianClimbing Champion ("four times AsianClimbing Champion" is fine and makes sense but "AsianClimbing Champion four times" is a little more natural.) and the first Chisnese Chinese person(Older English texts might use just an adjective to reference a person of a particular nationality, but it is more appropriate to include a noun like "person" or "citizen" or "man".) to win the Extreme Sport Championship. His life radically changed in 2011 when he had a motorbike accident which left him in a wheelchair. He admitted to several magazines that "It was one of the worst moments of my life" admitted him to several magazines. (The word order and use of "him" instead of "he" suggests that the quote is the subject, and this isn't quite right.  The pronoun should be "he", standing in for "Lai Chi-wai" because "Lai Chi-wai" is the one admitting.  The verb 'admit' has two common meanings.  The first is to state something with regret, which you want here, I think.  The second is to permit entry to a building or institution.  'admit' + a pronoun referring to a person, like 'him' strongly suggests the second usage.) However that only was a bump in his road.
After 5 years of tough training and sacrifice, he decided to climb Lion rock Rock (If "Rock" is part of the name, "Lion" should also be capitalized.) in Hong Kong. It took him more than 10 hours, but he reached the peak.

(This is really well written, Lydia!  You are clearly very familiar with English, using idiomatic phrases like "a bump in his road" correctly.  I tried to explain the minor changes so that the reasons are clear, especially where corrections were only stylistic.)
