To use travel you must use it as an adjective: The travel experience of my dreams. Also: my dream travel experience. As Christine said, we usually just say "trip".

Since "travel" is a verb, I don't think either of these work. I would change travel to trip: "the trip of my dreams" or "my dream trip". My dream trip would be Paris, France. What is yours? :-)
