Introduction
The aims of this proposal are to highlight the current problems with public bus transportation and give ideas for improving the service for local residents.

Current Situation
Citizens expressed a number of concerns regarding the number of buses. They admit it is difficult to get on the bus in early hours because public transportation is overcrowded. In addition, the traffic network is not fully-developed, causing inconvenience for those living far from the city centre. Rude behaviour of bus drivers is one more serious problem causing passengers’ frustration.

Suggestions
The new buses are to be purchased and distributed  to alleviate problems during rush hour so that passengers will not waste time waiting for an open bus.  Additional bus driver jobs will also be created.

Bus drivers and passengers should experience less frustration, leading to less incident reports.  If incident reports continue at the current rate, current policies regarding courteous treatment of passengers will be adjusted.

Final Recommendations

The new units of transport are to be purchased and distributed according to the rush hour. In this way there will be no need to waste time waiting for an empty bus. Moreover, in this way the workplaces for drivers will be increased as well. At the same time there should be arranged the strict measures in order to prevent cases of inappropriate actions of drivers. It can be provided in a form of penalty or, if the situation becomes worse, up to employment termination.
