Talking about Peruvian food

I'm from Lima-Peru. I hear many goods opinions/things about the food were cooked we cook (or) that is cooked in my country. When they visit my country and taste the food, almost everyone says "Peruvian food is delicious..." say almost all the people what taste some dish when They have visited my country. I think that a part of the secret of this is because there exist a variety of good ingredients for cooking here. We have are lucky of to having have many types of vegetables, meats and fishes, whether as we also have many types of cultures on in each of the three principal zones. On the Coast, for example, we have food based on fish and sea ingredients. That's my favorite food by the way. the famous "Ceviche", is basically fresh fish cutting on in little blocks and mixed with lemon and chili pepper. You can add some onion sauce, some leafs of lettuce leaves and some blocks of  diced boiled potato, boiled sweet potato and some fried corn. In the summer, if you are on the beach, you can enjoy a lot with a dish plate of this "Ceviche" with a very cold beer. That's sound great, Isn't doesn't it?
On this days,right now/now/recently here the temperature here is reaching about 30 degrees Centigrade degrees, almost each every day of the week. So, I hope to go to the beach this weekend.
