In Chinese, although not ungrammatically wrong, you don't need to use pronouns all the time when the context is understood.  Betrays your non-Chinese roots.

我做工作在大學的國際事務辦公室/工作/做事/,  我很喜歡這職業. 我的工作, 是 我幫學生到外去國外留學習. 除了工作之外, 我喜歡打跆拳道和跟做演講. 跟 has an implied meaning of "to follow".  So 和 is better in this case.

現在我住在芬蘭是家鄉, 但很. 可是我想去中國 或者到還台灣 進一步來學更多中文. 現在只我打算用iTalki 來學中文. 因為在此然後可以見我的和朋友用說中文跟他們聊天.

Note:

#1 regarding the literal translation of 'and' , many English speakers translate 'and' from English to '和/跟’ directly; this really depends on the case. when the two verbs are the same, for example,

我打跆拳道和柔道(i do taekwoondo and judo)。/ 我吃苹果和香蕉(i eat apple and banana) in this case, you can use 和/跟 to connect;

but, in Chinese, we dont translate 'and' when you list two different verbs, the typical example of many learners find it difficult is

'我出生和长大在中国’, many learners make mistakes with this sentence when they make self-intro. 

the best form should be '我在中国出生、长大。' the same reason, your sentence should be ’我打跆拳道、做演讲。‘）

#2 in Chinese，the position of "和/跟某人” in the sentence is different from that in English, 

I talk with my friends in Mandarin. 我和朋友们说中文. (I, with my friends, talk, in Mandarin.)

however, if your original sentence is like this " with them, i am happy." you can translate this into " 和他们在一起，我很开心。“ directly or '我很开心和他们在一起。”
