IELTS task 2: Housing and accommodation has become a major problem in many countries around the world.What are some of the main factors that have contributed to this problem?What can be done to help reduce homeless people?↓ Nowadays, housing and accommodation is a considerable problem right now. The number of homeless people is constantly growing. This essay will give you ideas about the reason of it and how we can solve that problem. In my opinion, the price of the house is the main reason why somebody does not buy a house. As we all know, as the economy develops, housing prices continue to grow. It will not be a good thing for poor people, because they do not have enough money to buy, as housing prices have risen exponentially. Morever, virus pandemic is also an important cause. For example, nowadays, coronavirus pandemic is all around the world. Because of this, some people have to leave their epidemic community and to stay elsewhere, but they can not shortly buy a house. Otherwise, some countries are having war, that will increase homeless people as well. That's why there are a number of homeless people here around us. However, we can do something to reduce the number of homeless people. Somebody thinks that we can make the housing price lower and not do anything else. I do not think it is the best or only way to solve that problem. In my opinion, we can not only lower the price, but also help them tide over the difficulties. For moneyless people, we are able to donate money to them. The government has to care about the poors. We people all over the world make the world peaceful and safe, and minimize the harm caused to people by wars and epidemics. Doing that, step by step, there must be less and less homeless people. In summary, althrough the situation looks dire that there are many homeless people, there are several ways to ameliorate the problem. As the number of the people is increasing, these measures will be needed to an even greater extent in the future.
